THE SELF AUDIT
Before you ask for more, audit what you’re already doing.
We are very good at explaining why we aren’t where we want to be.
Not enough time.
Too much work.
Bad schedule.
Wrong environment.
Need more motivation.
Need a better plan.
Maybe.
But before you change the plan, change the coach, change the job, change the program, or decide something isn’t working, take an honest look at your own performance.
Audit yourself.
Not based on what you intended to do.
Based on what you actually did.
YOUR PERFORMANCE AUDIT
Score yourself 1–10 in each category based on the last 7 days.

Score: ___ / 10
NUTRITION

Score: ___ / 10

Score: ___ / 10
FOCUS

Score: ___ / 10
ATTITUDE

Score: ___ / 10
ACCOUNTABILITY

Score: ___ / 10
RELATIONSHIPS
Was I present for the people who matter most to me?
Score: ___ / 10
COURAGE
Did I do anything this week that scared me, challenged me or forced me to grow?
Score: ___ / 10
TOTAL SCORE: ___ / 100
Now comes the important part.
Don’t judge the score.
Use it.
Where did you score highest?
Where did you score lowest?
Where are you lying to yourself?
What is the ONE category that, if you improved it next week, would have the biggest impact on everything else?
That’s your assignment.
Because performance isn’t just your workout.
It’s how you sleep.
It’s what you eat.
It’s the conversations you have.
It’s the promises you keep to yourself.
It’s how you respond when things don’t go your way.
It’s how you treat people when nobody can do anything for you.
It’s whether your daily actions actually match the standards you claim to have.
And sometimes the breakthrough isn’t another podcast, book, coach, supplement, strategy or training program.
Sometimes you already know exactly what you need to do.
You just haven’t been doing it consistently enough.
Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes… I cannot wait for my book to come out, we are going to enjoy it together.
Have an awesome weekend.
