BUILD THE BODY ARMOR

You’re not going to feel great every day.

Nobody does.

Some days you wake up with a full tank. Other days you have 40%.

Give the 40%.

I believe there is tremendous value in intentionally choosing to suffer a little. Getting up when you’re tired. Training when you don’t feel like it. Having the difficult conversation. Finishing what you said you would finish.

Every time you do, you add another layer of body armor.

Because eventually life is going to test you.

You’ll lose. You’ll get hurt. A plan will fall apart. Your confidence will take a hit.

You don’t suddenly become resilient in those moments.

You fall back on the resilience you’ve already built.

That’s why we do hard things when life is good.

Not to destroy ourselves.

To prepare ourselves.

Some days you have 100%. Some days you have 20%.

Give whatever is in the tank.

Then wake up and do it again.

Stack the days. Build the armor.

Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes.
