Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes is not just a phrase.

It is a movement.

And it is not going anywhere.

This brand is powerful because it speaks to something every single one of us knows is true. There is always an area of our life that can be improved. There is always something we can tighten up. There is always a standard we can raise.

That is why this movement continues to grow. Because it is honest. It is simple. And it applies to everyone.

After reading this, I encourage you to do a real self audit.

Look at a few areas of your life where you know you are slacking. Look at the places where you are not proud of your current effort. Look at the habits, routines, relationships, health choices, and commitments that need to be changed or adjusted.

If you are honest with yourself, you will know exactly what needs work.

If you are not honest with yourself, then nothing will ever change.

Once you write it down, make it real.

Put a daily reminder in your phone for 8 AM.

Let that be your daily check in. Your reminder. Your personal accountability assistant.

Small tools like this have helped me immensely during seasons of change.
